简单厨房:芋头扣肉米粉
那天实在想念我妈,在沙登巴杀看到有人卖她的其中一道拿手菜芋头扣肉,二话不说就买了一大碗回家,也不管自己是不是吃得完,结果,当然是吃不完。吃不完的芋头扣肉怎办?
拿来炒米粉呗。 加入少许热水滚煮,让芋头融化在酱汁中,再加少许红腐乳添味,煮好的米粉吸酱汁吸得饱满饱满,吃每一口都是浓浓的芋头与扣肉香气,怎觉得煮一煮后比原来还好吃啊?
